I visited this butcher shop last week for the first time because of a friends recommendation. Although they may be reasonably priced the staff seemed to have no clue where the meat actually come from they didn't know if certain meat was free range or even know it's rearing process or diet which in my eyes is not particularly great as it could be from anywhere, I think in future I will visit a butchers with better traceability for the meat they are selling.
